myplate.world is the official website of the MyPlate app — the free AI calorie counter and food tracker by K-UBE, on theApp Store and Google Play.

What we do

MyPlate answers one question — "what am I actually eating?" — without the tedium. Snap a photo of any meal or scan a barcode and the app returns calories, protein, carbs, fats, and fiber in seconds, then builds and tracks a daily plan for your goal, whether that's losing weight, maintaining, or gaining muscle. This website is the app's free companion: it hosts our nutrition calculators (calorie, TDEE, BMR, macro, deficit) and plain-English guidesto calories, macros, and healthy eating.

A note on the name

"MyPlate" is also the name of the USDA's public nutrition guide. The MyPlate app is an independent product by K-UBE and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the USDA — we simply share its core idea: knowing what's on your plate. The app was previously promoted as Nutro and Calzeno.
